Do It Yourself - Escape is a short mystery game where you have to use your wit, attention to details and lots of mouse clicks, to locate all items that can be used or combined in order to solve the mystery. What is the mystery? Well, you have dropped your keys into a deep hole in a metal tube and you can't reach it. So now that you have a locked door and a set of keys that you cannot reach, the mystery is 'how are you going to get the key so you can get out?' Of course, this is a 'Do It Yourself' room, so there are many things lying around; some of the things may be useful in your quest to retrieve your keys. To find the things, you need to click on places or objects; if it is usable, you will receive it in your items. If you click near the edge of the screen, you will turn and see another side of the room. If you are holding an item and want to place it back inside your item area, press space bar. To use an item on another object, click on the item, point on the target object and click again. To combine two items, click on the first item and then on the other item. Only certain items can be combined. Now, can you save yourself?
