Each of the designs pertain to some sort of a theme but you don't have to use all designs from the same theme; you can mix them as you like it.
To put on a dress up part, point the mouse cursor on it, click the left mouse button, drag the part on the correct location and release the mouse button to drop it. This game does not come with an auto fit function so you will have to be very precise about where you want the part to be placed. If you want to change any part, simply click, drag it away and drop it, then put on a new part.
