The game Freecell is a very popular game with cards. The aim of the game is to build from ace to king in suit on the four foundations. To play this game you'll need only mouse and left mouse button. Any single card can be moved to or from the four storage cells, they are located in the upper right corner of the game panel. Only the top card of any stack can be moved. Cards can be placed on a stack in alternating colors and descending order, ie a red eight can be placed on black nine. Any single card may be moved into an empty stack. This game is basically a variation on game 'Eight Off' in which there are eight cells and stacking is done by suit. The main menu has four buttons of which three are related to this game. The buttons are named 'New Game', 'Instructions' and 'Undo'. The 'Undo' button is disabled until the card is moved. Pressing the 'New Game' starts the game. In the lower left corner of the game panel is a time indicator and it indicates how much time has passed since starting the game. Pressing the 'Instructions' button will present the player with instructions on multiple pages regarding how to play the game. The first page of Instructions screen is about how to play the game. The second page of Instructions screen is text called About This Game and below it is Credits text. The last page is sort of an ad page calling the player to visit the developer's website and to play other games from same developer. Pressing the 'Undo' button will call off the previous move. Pressing 'New Game' while playing the game will reset the game. My tip is to be very good at cards to play this game successfully. |
